How long does it take to get listed?
Free listings are typically reviewed within 5 business days. Gold and Platinum listings receive priority review and are usually live within 48 hours of data verification.
What information do I need to submit?
At minimum: company name, card name, card type, network, custody model, rewards type, available regions, a short description, and your apply URL. The more details you provide upfront, the faster we can list your card.
Can I update my listing after submission?
Yes. Email us at hello@spendnode.io with any updates to your card data, fees, or availability. Gold and Platinum listings receive priority update processing.
Is SpendNode pay-to-play?
No. Our editorial reviews and comparisons are independent regardless of listing tier. Paid tiers receive enhanced presentation and visibility, but our analysis remains unbiased. All cards are evaluated using the same methodology.
Can my listing be rejected?
Yes. SpendNode reserves the right to decline any listing, free or paid, at our sole discretion. Common reasons include insufficient product documentation, unverifiable claims, regulatory concerns, or products that do not meet our editorial standards. For paid listings (Gold and Platinum), we conduct an independent product review before activation. If we decline a paid listing after review, you will receive a full refund.
What file formats do you accept for images?
We accept WebP, PNG, and JPEG for card art images (recommended 800x500px). For company logos, we accept WebP and PNG (recommended square format, minimum 200x200px).
Do you list cards from all regions?
Yes. We cover cards available globally, in the US, EEA, LATAM, APAC, and other regions. If your card serves a region not listed in the form, submit it anyway and note the specific countries in the description.
What do the 2 editorials for Platinum include?
Platinum listings include two editorial articles: a detailed product review analyzing your card's features, fees, and target audience, and a comparison piece positioning your card against competitors in your category. Both are written by our editorial team, published on the SpendNode Journal, and featured in our blog's Featured Articles section for at least 48 hours.
How does the featured placement work?
Platinum cards appear in the Featured Cards section on our homepage and in the featured blocks on relevant benefit and category pages (e.g., cashback, self-custody). Featured placement is paid visibility only. It does not affect Top X rankings in editorial content, comparison verdicts, or review outcomes, which are determined independently by verified card data.
